Sapporo Ramen Taishin Niseko: Located just off the main road in Kutchan. Offering one of the most delicious ramens with exceptional value for money, this shop located in Kutchan is certainly worth the 10-15 minute drive out of Hirafu. A truly authentic dining experience within this traditional restaurant. The staff have limited english, but the menus offer a range of visuals to assist with your ordering. You can't really go wrong in this restaurant so feel free to let the ramen gods decide.
